We’re thrilled to have recently been accredited by the Good Employment Charter for our commitment to delivering excellent employment standards to our colleagues.
The Good Employment Charter was introduced by the Mayor of Greater Manchester, Andy Burnham, to raise employment standards for all organisations of any size, sector, or geography. Accredited organisations offer secure, fulfilling, and well-paid work to improve morale, retention rates, productivity, and wellbeing.
Koderly was assessed against seven key characteristics: secure work, flexible work, real living wage, engagement and voice, recruitment, people management, and health and wellbeing.
Chief Executive, Craig Kennedy said:
We’re delighted to have been accredited as a member of the Good Employment Charter. The accreditation reinforces our commitment to supporting our colleagues, focusing on diversity and inclusivity, and offering flexible working hours. Being accredited will help us continue to improve employment standards and offer a workplace where colleagues can learn, grow, and develop.
