Gym Membership
Once you have completed your probationary period, you’ll be eligible for free gym membership at Oldham Community Leisure. Usage is monitored and you must attend at least twice a month to avoid contributing to the cost. So, there’s your motivation too!
Working From Home
Twice a month, on top of our flexible working scheme, you’ll be able to work from home.
Cycle to Work Scheme
Saving the planet, one commute at a time. We’ll purchase a bike on your behalf, which you’ll pay for over the course of the year through a monthly deduction from your net pay.
Income Replacement
On top of our generous sick pay policy, we insure our employees so that they continue to get paid when off sick for a prolonged period of time. The insurance policy will pay a percentage of your basic salary after the initial deferral period.
Life Assurance
We provide a death-in-service benefit equivalent to one years salary.
Holiday Accrual
All employees get at least 21 days holiday per year, on top of the bank and public holidays in England. Your holiday allowance increases by one day per year of service, up to 25 days.
Training and Development
The training and development of our employees is critical to the success of Koderly.
Our programme is tailored to the needs of each employee, and we have an exam centre where you can sit your professional exams, including Microsoft and Cisco certifications. On-the-job training is provided, and colleagues, Directors, and external providers deliver scheduled training sessions almost every week, across a range of subject areas.
Our development team receive half a day of Personal Development Time (PDT) every week, to develop their skills. You will also be able to register your interest in approved conferences, and external training courses which will be funded by the company, this includes sqlbits and Lead Dev.
Private Healthcare
We offer our employees the option to join our private healthcare scheme. A monthly premium is deducted from your net pay, so you never have to worry about accidentally missing a payment.
