Our client approached us as they were facing significant operational inefficiencies due to inaccurate address data.
As a high court enforcement office, agents visit debtors to enforce court-enforced writs. Address errors were leading to missed visits, wasted resources, and additional court fees.
The client needed to integrate with GBG Loqate’s address verification API to introduce postcode lookup functionality and improve data accuracy.
Solution
Following an initial meeting, the team identified key points in our client’s workflow where address errors were the most common, which was initial data entry.
We followed the agile approach which allowed for iterative testing and refinement.
We integrated GBG Loqate’s address verification API into the client’s internal desktop application via an intermediary API layer, allowing GBG Loqate to easily be added to other areas of the system in the future.
We then used the GBG Loqate integration to support the automation of inputting writs, further enhancing efficiency without duplicating development effort.

The client has reported a clear reduction in address-related errors following the integration, which has led to:
