Requirements
The client needed help developing its proprietary healthcare compliance software into a market-leading platform, and wanted to work with a specialist software development team.
The client wanted to enhance the existing platform and improve the native features and functionality to improve client retention, scale, and increase ARR.
Solution
We took a sprint-based approach, specifically following Scrum, to improve performance, reliability, and useability, delivering features in short, frequent sprints. These features included the ability to tag policies and documents to the CQC framework, and introducing a franchise tenant structure.
We worked closely with the client to plan the product roadmap and develop and release features based on their priorities.
Results
As a result of the changes, the client has increased retention rates and ARR, and built a platform that truly meets the needs of the market.
We’re continuing to enhance and support the system, and we’re currently building an identity provider to allow single sign on with a third-party training platform.
