"Thanks to the flexibility that working at Koderly offers, I was able to change role to a Technical Analyst for the third and fourth years of my apprenticeship, which has allowed me to develop and use new skills and take on additional responsibilities.

After being nominated by Koderly, I was awarded “Apprentice of the Year” at the Made in Manchester Awards 2022.

Koderly supported and fully funded a month-long study trip to York University in Canada with a small group of selected Manchester Metropolitan University apprentices. It was an amazing opportunity and one that I wouldn’t have had if I didn’t have a degree apprenticeship at Koderly."

"Following work experience and a summer placement, I was offered a degree apprenticeship, which was the ultimate offer for me. I work at Koderly full-time, and attend University one-day-a-week. I have a real sense of responsibility, attending lectures and carrying out development work of real value, writing software testing, and receiving the full software development experience.

I have time to experiment with new technologies, and have the opportunity to discuss and suggest company changes.
